Censaas

AI systems for M&E contractors who are tired of hearing about AI.

You run crews, plant, and programmes, not software projects. We build systems around the way your contracts actually run — quoting, tenders, service calls, O&M documentation — and we explain every part of them in plain English.

The problems we're asked about

Quoting depends on two people

Your most reliable estimates come from the same one or two estimators, because the real price book is in their heads. When they are on holiday, quoting slows down. When they retire, it walks out the door. A system can capture how they price — labour norms, supplier quirks, the jobs that went wrong — and put it in front of whoever is estimating.

Tender packs eat your week

A tender arrives as several hundred pages of specifications, drawings registers, and preliminaries. Someone senior reads it all to find the twenty clauses that matter. Document intelligence can do that first pass in minutes: flag the scope, the exclusions, the penalties, and the deadlines, so your bid team starts from a summary instead of a stack.

The answer is in an O&M manual nobody can find

An engineer on site needs a commissioning setting or a valve schedule. The answer exists — in a PDF, on a server, somewhere. They ring the office, the office rings someone else, and half an hour is gone. Your documentation should answer the phone itself.

Service calls all land on the same desk

Clients ring to ask where their engineer is or when the job closed. Your coordinators spend the day relaying information that already exists in your systems. A proper service desk — with a client view and a field app — takes that traffic away.

What we build for contractors

The Knowledge Base Agent, trained on your job history

Your O&M manuals, RAMS, commissioning records, and completed job files become a single assistant your engineers can question from a van, by voice or in Microsoft Teams. "What size pump did we fit at the Harlow job?" gets an answer with the source document attached, not a callback.

Quoting and tender support tools

A system that reads incoming tender packs, extracts the items that drive price and risk, and drafts a first-pass summary for your estimators — built around your own rates and your own history, not a generic template.

Service desks with field apps

Ticketing for your office, a live view for your clients, and a phone app for your engineers. We have built and run exactly this shape of system since January 2025.

Working with us

An engagement starts with a scoping conversation and a fixed-price written proposal. You see working software in weekly demos from the first fortnight, and you own everything we build.

Every system is sold with its upkeep. Censaas Managed covers hosting, monitoring, security patches, backups, and a set number of improvement hours each month — because a system that nobody maintains decays, and we would rather run what we build than hand it over and disappear.
