The client

DentalPaper serves dental professionals who want to stay current with clinical research but cannot spend their evenings reading journals. The business needed a system that could do the reading for them, at a scale no human editor could manage alone.

The problem

Dental research is published faster than any working clinician can follow. The useful findings are scattered across thousands of papers of mixed quality, and the cost of missing something relevant is real. Manual curation could not keep pace, and unedited automation could not be trusted with clinical material.

What we built

A document pipeline that pulls newly published dental research from PubMed, reads and scores it, and drafts a digest of the five points most worth a clinician's time each week. A human editor reviews and approves every digest before it is sent on Monday morning. Subscribers get the email, plus a searchable archive of everything the system has processed, behind a simple magic-link login. The build took six weeks.

What changed

The system has processed more than 100,000 research papers — a volume of reading no editorial team could attempt by hand. The editor's job changed from searching and sifting to reviewing a prepared shortlist, and subscribers get a consistent, checked digest every week. The same pattern — machine does the reading, a person signs it off — is the one we recommend wherever AI meets professional material.
